Minimum of 5 hours per month $90.00 per hour | $450.00 per month

This level focuses on proactive home check-ins, routine maintenance coordination, and ensuring everything in your home is operating as it should. Hours may be directed by you or thoughtfully allocated by Back Bay Home Management. This package ensures your home is cared for with consistency, discretion, and attention to detail.

*Personal Home Stewardship

Minimum of 10 hours per month $85.00 per hour | $850.00 per month

Hands-on management with personal attention. Ideal for clients who want both attentive home care and lifestyle support. This plan includes all Home Stewardship services, along with errands, scheduling, and personalized assistance tailored to your daily needs. A balanced approach offering flexibility, responsiveness, and deeper involvement in both your home and personal priorities. Time may be allocated based on your priorities or directed by Back Bay Home Management to ensure consistent care and oversight.

*Premier Home Stewardship

Minimum of 20 hours per month $80.00 per hour | $1,600.00 per month

Comprehensive, white-glove care for every detail. This plan includes all Home Stewardship services, along with errands, scheduling, and personalized assistance tailored to your daily needs. A fully managed experience providing proactive oversight, trusted vendor coordination, and on-site representation for major projects and repairs — allowing you to step away knowing every detail is handled with care and discretion.

*One-Time | Hourly Services:
For clients who do not require ongoing monthly care, Back Bay Home Management offers one-time, project-based services on an hourly basis. $125 per hour with a 3-hour minimum
